Formatting the typed sides on your Book Ball Project on your computer:
-The pentagon/circle is an image. Click on it. Under "Drawing Tools" click on "Wrap Text" and choose to move the picture behind your text. Make sure that everything is centered.
-Start typing. Make sure that your text is centered in formatting. As you get to the border lines of the pentagon hit enter. Continue to do this until you have filled your pentagon.
-MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FONT STYLE AND SIZE IS CORRECT BEFORE TYPING OR YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH AND ADJUST EVERYTHING LATER!
Formatting picture sides on your book ball project on your computer:
-Download the picture that you want to use to your computer.
-Insert shape onto the pentagon. Make an exact pentagon shape over top of the original image in the file. You may have to click on the wrap text and say bring to front or on top of text to make it work.
-Click on the top pentagon shape that you have just created. Your pentagon should be the exact shape and size of the one that already existed. Under "drawing tools" click on "shape fill" and then "picture". Choose the picture that you have saved. If you want to rotate it spin it with the little rotation button. If you want to resize or focus on a different area click on "crop picture" and it will allow you to do so.
-The picture formatting is pretty tricky! I can help you with any of this if you need me to!
*Tip: If you are having trouble with each side trying to overlap, I would suggest saving each side as it's own document and then printing or emailing to me. This is what I had to do to avoid crazy movement of objects and formatting.
